Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CGrow Partition Master desktop application and the website at https://partition.wenxstudio.ai (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Wenx Studio LTD. ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. License Plans

CGrow Partition Master is offered under the following plans:

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

• The Pro Subscription plan auto-renews yearly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You will receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before your subscription is charged.
• You can cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account or by contacting [email protected].
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment data — we do not store your credit card information.

• All prices are displayed in USD.
• Your subscription will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and will be added at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with CGrow Partition Master for any reason, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are not available for purchases older than 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or use unauthorized license keys.
• Use the software in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

CGrow Partition Master, including all software code, graphics, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Wenx Studio LTD. and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as described in the EULA.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While CGrow Partition Master is designed to perform disk operations safely, we strongly recommend backing up your data before performing any partition operations. We are not responsible for data loss caused by improper use, system failures, or hardware issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenx Studio LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the software at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
