End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("you" or "Licensee") and Wenx Studio LTD. ("Licensor" or "we") governing your use of the CGrow Partition Master software ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Wenx Studio LTD. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on one (1) Windows device per license purchased.

• Free Plan: You may use the basic features of the Software free of charge on one device.
• Pro Subscription: You may use all features on one device for the duration of your annual subscription.
• Pro Lifetime: You may use all features on one device for the lifetime of the product, including lifetime updates and technical support.

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or any license keys.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the Software on more devices than the number of licenses you have purchased.
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3. No Bundled Software

The Software installer does not bundle, install, or offer any third-party software, toolbars, browser extensions, or additional programs. The installer contains only:

• CGrow Partition Master application files
• Required Windows runtime components (if not already installed on your system)

4. Data Collection

The Software collects anonymized usage statistics and crash reports to improve product quality. Your disk content and personal files are never uploaded or accessed. All disk partition operations are performed entirely on your local device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Uninstall

You may uninstall the Software at any time via Windows Settings → Apps → Installed Apps → CGrow Partition Master → Uninstall, or via Control Panel → Programs → Uninstall a Program. See our Uninstall Guide for step-by-step instructions.

6. Updates

• Free Plan: May receive critical security updates.
• Pro Subscription: Receives all updates during the subscription period.
• Pro Lifetime: Receives lifetime updates, including minor and major version updates.

7. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Wenx Studio LTD. This EULA grants you a license to use the Software — it does not transfer ownership.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While CGrow Partition Master is designed to perform disk operations safely, we strongly recommend backing up your data before performing any partition operations. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenx Studio LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

10. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and uninstall it from all devices.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
